These terms apply to this website and to the digital products sold by HelpTest. By buying or using our products you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who we are
HelpTest is an independent brand run by a private individual, not a company. Our products are sold through Hotmart, which processes the payment. Contact: contact@helptest.online.
The products
Our products are digital revision materials in PDF format, delivered through the Hotmart members area. They are independent revision guides. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the DVSA, the Department for Transport or any government body.
Buying
Purchases are processed by Hotmart, our payment and delivery platform, and Hotmart's purchase terms also apply. The price shown on our website is the price you pay; for UK buyers it includes VAT.
Your licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for your own revision. You may not share, resell, upload or publish the files, in whole or in part.
Updates
Free updated PDFs whenever The Highway Code or the theory test format changes, for as long as the product is on sale. Updated files are made available in the members area.
No guarantee of passing
We check our content carefully against official sources, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any test. The official sources (The Highway Code and GOV.UK) always take priority. If you think something is wrong, tell us at contact@helptest.online and we will check it.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
